Draft Test Procedure for Proving the Infallibility of the Divining Rod and for Proving the Existence of Geopathogenic Zones

In my opinion the time is ripe for demonstrating that the reactions of the divining rod are a physical law and that they should be respected. This can only be done by carrying out experiments whose correctness cannot be challenged. One of the tests is described on http://www.pribram.cz/centrum , in which reports are transmitted and received in Morse code by means of energy components and the dividing rod. Additional similar tests can be readily designed and implemented, similarly to the locating of an underground pipe with flowing water. However, I regard the test with the Morse code as the most convincing one, as it has the advantage of being performed by two people only.

Additional similar tests can be readily designed and implemented, similarly to the locating of an underground pipe with flowing water. However, I regard the test with the Morse code as the most convincing one, as it has the advantage of being performed by two people only.

From people interested in supplementary explanations I have gained the experience that a lengthy discussion in the course of experiments being demonstrated is much more convincing than the writing of a whole book. I am aware of the fact that those participating in the tests should first be made familiar with the energy components on practical examples. The next stage of the preparatory activities should comprise practical training of several tests in order to rule out any erroneous explanation of the divining rod response in the course of an official trial in the presence of a jury and publicity media.

To the participants in such a test I am able to offer the technical training mentioned in the paragraph above. I assume that the organization and performance of the trials should be under the patronage of some institution. Any estimation of possible costs involved is unfortunately beyond my limited range of commercial knowledge.

I am sending this report to several addresses from the offer of the Altavista server, and would be very grateful to all addressees for their possible supplementary suggestions.
